These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Shoptoo website and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
- Use of Services
1.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
1.2 Account Registration
To access certain features of the Services, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
1.3 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms, or any other purpose not reasonably intended by Shoptoo. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
Using the Services in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Services.
Attempting to access or search the Services, or any content, or download content from the Services through the use of any engine, software, tool, agent, device, or mechanism other than the software and/or search agents provided by Shoptoo or other generally available third-party web browsers.
Engaging in any fraudulent activity, including impersonating any person or entity, claiming a false affiliation, accessing any other Services account without permission, or falsifying your age or date of birth.
- Intellectual Property
2.1 Ownership
The Services and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Shoptoo and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the country in which Shoptoo is based and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Shoptoo.
2.2 License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Shoptoo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your personal and non-commercial use.
- Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Shoptoo makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Services, or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Services. You expressly agree that your use of the Services is at your sole risk.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Shoptoo, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Services.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
- Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
