RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
At Shoptoo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
- Return Window
- Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Some product categories may have different return windows: • Electronics: 14 days • Perishable goods: No returns unless damaged or defective • Clothing and accessories: 45 days
- Return Condition
- Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags.
- Opened software, digital products, and certain personal items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or licensing reasons.
- Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
- It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Return Shipping
- For items that are not damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- We provide a prepaid return label for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.
- Exchanges
- If you need a different size or color, you can request an exchange instead of a refund.
- Initiate the exchange process through your account or by contacting customer service.
- Partial Refunds
- Items returned without original packaging or in used condition may be subject to a partial refund.
- The partial refund amount will be determined based on the item’s condition upon return.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Intimate apparel and swimwear (if seal is broken)
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases
- Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We’ll arrange for a return or replacement at no cost to you.
- Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service.
- Sale Items
- Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions as regular-priced items unless otherwise stated in the product description.
- Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, we’ll send the refund to the original purchaser.
- International Returns
- We accept international returns.
- Please note that you are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred during the return shipping process.
To initiate a return:
- Log into your account and go to your orders.
- Select the item you wish to return and follow the prompts.
- Print the provided return label (if applicable) and securely pack the item.
- Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
