RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

At Shoptoo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

  1. Return Window
    • Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
    • Some product categories may have different return windows: • Electronics: 14 days • Perishable goods: No returns unless damaged or defective • Clothing and accessories: 45 days
  2. Return Condition
    • Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags.
    • Opened software, digital products, and certain personal items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or licensing reasons.
  3. Refund Process
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund.
    • The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
    • It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  4. Return Shipping
    • For items that are not damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
    • We provide a prepaid return label for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.
  5. Exchanges
    • If you need a different size or color, you can request an exchange instead of a refund.
    • Initiate the exchange process through your account or by contacting customer service.
  6. Partial Refunds
    • Items returned without original packaging or in used condition may be subject to a partial refund.
    • The partial refund amount will be determined based on the item’s condition upon return.
  7. Non-Returnable Items
    • Customized or personalized products
    • Digital downloads
    • Gift cards
    • Intimate apparel and swimwear (if seal is broken)
    • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases
  8. Damaged or Defective Items
    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
    • We’ll arrange for a return or replacement at no cost to you.
  9. Late or Missing Refunds
    • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account again.
    • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service.
  10. Sale Items
    • Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions as regular-priced items unless otherwise stated in the product description.
  11. Gifts
    • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
    • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, we’ll send the refund to the original purchaser.
  12. International Returns
    • We accept international returns.
    • Please note that you are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred during the return shipping process.

To initiate a return:

  1. Log into your account and go to your orders.
  2. Select the item you wish to return and follow the prompts.
  3. Print the provided return label (if applicable) and securely pack the item.
  4. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
